Shailendra Shrestha currently works at the Department of Nephrology, Nobel Medical College Teaching Hospital And Research Centre, Biratnagar, Nepal.

His research interest is in glomerulonephritis, AKI, CKD/ESRD, vascular access and peritoneal dialysis.

His current project is ‘Arteriovenous fistula creation by nephrologists: Mission possible.’

Shailendra’s aim is to start a sustainable renal transplant program at his home institute.
