A full-time Interventional Nephrologist at Pineapple Dialysis Care in Trichy. For haemodialysis, he uses the arteriovenous fistula (AVF) access method, both upper arm and lower arm, and is also proficient in placing of AV grafts. Dr. Vel Arvind performs the mini-laparotomy insertion technique for CAPD (continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis). He is also involved in kidney transplant, which is the predominant service offered at Frontline.

Dr. D S Rana, Faculty in Inform is an accomplished senior nephrologist from New Delhi. He is he director of nephrology in Sir Ganga Ram Hospital for his clinical, academic, social activities achievements, he has been awarded the Padma Shri by Govt. of India. He has taken up many leadership roles including resident of Indian Society of Nephrology.

Adrian Sequeira completed his medical school training from St Johns medical College in Bangalore, India.. He then completed his Internal medicine residency at Kasturba Medical College, Manipal, India. After completing his USMLE, he completed his Internal Medicine residency and later his fellowship in Nephrology at LSUHSC, Shreveport. He is also trained in Interventional Nephrology. He has more than 10 years transplant experience at the regional transplant center at Willis Knighton. He has written several papers on dialysis access and its care. He is actively involved in various committees of ASDIN & ACP. He has presented at numerous national meetings and conducted workshops at ASN, NKF & ASDIN. He is married with 2 children.
